This is a 3D animation clip about a fantastical creature rising ocean tide and surfing away on a unique conch.
The background music, Immigrant Song by Led Zeppelin, gives the animation a chaotic and powerful feel.
Process
Watercolor textures are applied to the character and the conch to add an organic touch. The abstract shape of seaweed and shells applied to the character implies its oceanic superpowers.
