VR Therapy

This project identifies a complex problem: needing mental health services but not getting adequate face-to-face support due to social distancing due to COVID, and proposes a systematic solution using VR.

The isolation and uncertainty of social distancing can trigger many negative emotional responses. I looked at the psychology of people in isolation and developed ways for the Counseling and Consultation Services of Ohio State University to offer better support during distancing
